Tell us about your experience with Datasource Consulting (DSC), including types of projects and positions held:
As the Recruiting Manager at Datasource over the last three years, I have truly enjoyed the fast-paced growth from day one. Today I am excited to help develop new strategies to work efficiently and effectively with our new Datasource/EXL dynamic. My team and I have been developing talent acquisition methods as we continue to improve recruiting strategies and interviewing processes. I always appreciate collaboration and continually encourage people to come to me with ideas as I enjoy the partnerships and rapport among Operations and Delivery.

Tell us what you like most about working at Datasource.
I adore my recruiting team and the whole operations team! I thrive in environments where my teammates are encouraging and content.
What challenges you the most and what motivates you the most at Datasource?
I would say what challenges me the most is the complexity of the skill sets (consultants); we are always on the hunt for new talent and aligning the person with the right opportunity at the right time. Resiliency is a must in my world! My biggest motivation here at Datasource is collecting WINS!! My team and I love to hire people and it’s a reminder that hard work pays off.
What is on your bucket list?
I would sell my soul to be in an Aerosmith music video.
What are your proudest accomplishments?
After I took over as Recruiting Manager at Datasource, we had our highest four-quarter growth in company history.
