Tell us about your experience with Datasource Consulting (DSC), including types of projects and positions held:
So far at Datasource I’ve been involved with recruiting and onboarding consultants in our Project Management, Business Analyst, Data Governance, Data Integration, and MDM practices. I’ve also been responsible for some internal resource documents to help aid in our project resourcing and marketing needs.

Stimulating, Unpredictable, Collaborative
Tell us what you like most about working at Datasource.
I enjoy being a part of a team that is constantly working towards the same goals. Any time a road block is thrown in our way, we work as a team to come up with a solution and keep things moving forward. The people are great from top to bottom!
What challenges you the most and what motivates you the most at Datasource?
Everyone at Datasource holds themselves to a high level of accountability, and I’m no different. It can be tough to keep up with the fast pace and shifting priorities, but working with others who are constantly putting in a high level of effort makes it easy to do the same.
What are you proudest accomplishments?
Working my way through a bachelor’s and master’s degree and coming out with no student debt is something I am very proud of.
What are your hobbies outside of work?
I’m a huge Colorado sports fan, as well as a standard Native Coloradan (hiking, fishing, camping, etc.).
