Describe life at Datasource with three unique words.

Tell us what you like most about working at Datasource.
The people and culture! Datasource has a great work environment filled with many of the brightest minds in the industry. We have a great team here that makes me excited to come into work every day. I am constantly exposed to different problems and challenges every day, and enjoy working to solve them. I love that my role allows me to work with a lot of different people across the organization.
What challenges you the most and what motivates you the most at Datasource?
My biggest challenge has been creating a master data set to use for my reports and analyses. It took a few iterations to determine all of the data points I need to maintain on a regular basis.
I am motivated by the opportunity to work as a team to improve our monthly performance on our responsibilities (revenue forecast accuracy, invoice turnaround time, etc.). I am also motivated to develop and improve our financial reporting and analyses to help support the growth of the business.
What is on your bucket list?
- Spend as much time in Switzerland as possible

What are you proudest accomplishments?
I ran my first half-marathon in October. I’m planning to run in a few more races in 2019.
What are your hobbies outside of work?
I’m a very active person – I love skiing, yoga, running, hiking, and climbing, among other things. I try to travel to new places as much as possible and love taking tons of pictures on my adventures. I enjoy reading books and playing guitar when I have some down time.
What is your hidden talent?
I can strike a few yoga poses.
